Black Scarf With Fringes

Here is a pretty black scarf, probably made out of cheaper Parmisha fabric, but does not say anywhere on the scarf.

It is a little wide and light to touch and soft too with fringes.

Measures about 53" long and will look lovely of many tops or jackets of your choice.
